• We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.
• Some remote or restricted areas may have limited delivery options.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• A standard shipping charge of ₹49–₹99 may apply on orders below ₹999 or on COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, depending on the delivery location.

3. Order Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Delivery time varies by location:
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 working days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 working days

Note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to external factors like weather, courier delays, or festivals.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
• You can also track your order in the “My Account” > Orders section on our website.

6. Delays & Issues

• If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please contact us at info@goodsbazar.com or visit our Help Center.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will take appropriate action, including refund or replacement.
